@Lionheart_84 TSR made the NG+ work for your case and adjust it in
his Savefile, along with some fixes for you.

However, while it loses it param for the yes/no, I re-adjust this one as well.
as well, it has a slight improvement (his call) and it's working smoothly,
along with the description on the helpfile is added.

To OTHERS, this param is added in the original along with the helpfile description.
be sure to download the zip TSR_Save, for Lionheart_84, take the other one.

NewGame+ from Galv is NOT added in the original, because different things must
be added/changed, if he want to make a NewGame+ for his game and when he
feels like it, it would be better and improved to work along with his TSR_Save.

place TSR_Save above NG+ and it does work (I double check to make sure
it works before placing it), if you place it below, it will throw an error,
if you place it above it, it should work.

A couple of things: Can you do that when you select the "New Game +" command it takes you directly to the New Game + file? :blush: Also, set a particular sound of when you start the New Game +? :blush:

this might be harder, if you do "load last savefile" and you have another game
with newGame+ on it, it will load that one.

the way Galv made it, is to select the savefile with the newGame+ to check
if it has it or not.

most are made that way to make sure the savefile is loaded and check if it
has been compleeted, otherwise, it wont run, this require more functions
on galv NG+ side to do that. but that also means, variables and switches wont work.

No, I didn't make myself clear. I'm Italian and I use the bland translation of Google translate ...
Anyway, I meant that I have file 1 and file 2 ... I create the slot file with new game + on file "6" ... well, I noticed that by selecting "new game +" from the scene title, takes you directly to file 1, when I instead created it in file 6, understand what I mean ???

it might be something default, because you need to select NG+ savefile.
it might work if you do eng game -> NG+ -> last savefile.

if you restart the game, it mostly reset the settings to default as well.
this is something you cannot avoid easely, if you save the game and still
the game is open, than I dont know.

but I dont think it's much of a problem?

But no, of course it's not a problem, it was just my observation, that's all. After the excellent work you have done! Anyway, for the sound with the New game +? It can be done? I state that if you can't, it does absolutely nothing!

for that part, I might look into galv_NewGamePlus because there should
be something it it, or ask galv for that part, which is more that plugins call.
not TSR_Save related :)

So I'm currently having some conflict between this plugin and SRD GameOver Core plugin. Is there anyway to fix this? I've shifted them around, tried them in a fresh project but I always get the error '_helpCount' of undfinded. Here's the link to the game over plugin http://sumrndm.site/game-over-core/

I've got the current version, put the Save plugin below Yanfly Core Engine and above the SRD Game over core plugin but I still get the same error

Edit: Added the error message that shows if all my plugins are on. MOG Menu Cursor and SRD Super Tools Engine also show up in the message. But no error message is shown if one of the conflicting plugins (TSR Save or SRD Gameover Core) is turned off. So I dont think these two matter?

Hello,
TSR_Save should be bellow YEP_coreEngine and above that SRD plugin.

The gameOverCore plugin create its own 'load scene' and call the window_savefilelist prototype, so it use the code from my plugin if both are installed. My load scene has a special sprite-based help window which isn't created in the gameover scene, hence the bug.

A 2 lines change is required in the gameOverCore plugin to fix this:

1) Add 'this._listWindow.help = false' at the end of this function at line 550:

It will disable the sprite_based help window in the gameover scene.

2) Add 'this._helpWindow.setText(TSR.Save.help_loadText)' at the end of that other function (line 403):

Hey, this is a very great plugin, thanks!
But it seems incompatible with iavra translation, or I am doing something wrong.

As you can see, the above entries have been translated successfully, but in the "Display Object" section it doesn't display the text but the key codes. -> #{system.tag}
It could have something to do with the " " at the beginning and the end of the "Display Object" line in the plugin parameters. So I tried to add one " more, but the plugin just interprets it as \" so it does nothing.
I really need those key codes being displayed properly. Is there any chance?

Are you saying that it actually worked with the entries in the general list such as play time with the iavra translation plugin?

If so, might be an easy fix. Also, I will need a link to that translation plugin so I can run a few tests. Going to work, I'll be back later.

Yes, the other entries are being translated as they should. It's just what I put in the "Display Object" line.

If anybody else needs this plugin to be compatible with Iavra: Use the TextColorAddOn from TSR as well, then you can use the key codes in the Display Object line.

And read the help section of this Save Plugin very carefully for how to set up the format. I didn't.... :D
