I've attached the Data folder for a newly created project. When played, there is a lever on the map that uses Tsukihime's Tile Swap to change various snow tiles to grass tiles. Unfortunately, it also creates a little coastline border in the northeast quadrant by the cliffs, where there wasn't one before. This issue happens with most tiles that automatically form some sort of contiguous pattern with each other; this is just an example.

Lack of coastline.

Suddenly, tiny coastline.

I only want to change the season, not the terrain.

yes I see now. As soon as you change tile and back the coast line is there always. This may be a limitation of the tiles when swapping. I would suggest that as a part of your mapping to not make it with no coast line. placing the ground tile on the water then the water tile along the edge will make the tiles work as like default. Tile swapping probably can never be used with shift click mapping.

This is only an example map that demonstrates the issue. Your suggestion is not really a good one, sorry. In any case, it must be possible or the engine's own native Change Tileset feature would not work very well (and it does not seem to have this problem; I checked).

Well I'm almost offended, You could try making special tiles and putting them on a D tab in the tileset. I just tried that but could not get it to swap the tiles on the D tab. The script works well with the autotiles to change it. When you swap, it places the tiles down as if you were just doing a left click. Unless you're going to wait for someone to rewrite the code to allow Shift Right Clicking, then... Good Luck.

*EDIT... So I've only been able to get the tile swap to work on A1 tiles. No idea how it's suppose to work for others.
Do this and see if you like it (at least for your sample map here) change A1 to A13, so swapping A5 with A13. Then on the second tab use revert_all(1)

If you know how it's suppose to work for tiles other than A1, then let me know.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
