Somewhat. If you want 250%, you would place <feature 74 7 2.5>. The feature #73 would be for if you want to increase rating for anything originally 0 - 99%.
Well, my enemies either have an element rating for holy of 0% or 150%. Does that change anything? If this is too much of a problem, I can lower the 150% ones to 99%.
Hm. I set an enemy's holy rate to 0, added your scripts, added the line to the skill note box, and it didn't work. I will keep re-examining everything to see if I did something wrong.
I don't have the editor in front of me, but can't you make a state that reduces it to 0% and have that state automatically engaged at the start of battle, then curse could disable that state? Just an idea.
