Turning off the smoothing in MV

I want to disable the smoothing that is making my pixels smooth. I am using YEP_CoreEngine to change my resolution to match the parallexes, but my parallexes are still blurred.


I have put:

into my game as a plugin, as well as added

<style type="text/css"> CANVAS{image-rendering: pixelated;}</style>
to my index.html at the end near </head> and between the <body>.


  I have tried all the above, and still my pixels are blurry.  ((I don't know what it means by or where to put:))


PIXI.scaleModes.DEFAULT = PIXI.scaleModes.NEAREST;


Please help, I can't make any games..?

Hi, what is a non power of 2 background? Mine is 480x480?


Downloaded it, but nothing seems to have happened.

Make sure to set the parameters to false.


Originally, it didn't work for me also. I did a clean install of MV, and replaced the js files of the project with that of the newly updated ones, and it worked for me.

Heya,


Reinstalled it from steam via deleting local content etc but it still is fuzzy in game.


I really makes me discouraged, I can't even make games in this, it removes every bit of pixels I put in.


ANY HELP is appreciated guys.

Power of two (I think) means it's a power of two which is like 21, 22, 23, 24, 25. So maps of 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 pixels squared work.

I can't seem to figure it out sadly, I'm going to try the bindpicturesto map and see if that'll help.
