(I'm not sure I'm on the good section for that sorry if i am not ^^")

Hey ! Since I fixed my bug with Doodads, I was wondering two questions while I was using it !

-First one : Does Doodads have a limite ?
-> I was wondering about that because i was planning to use a pretty lot of doodads in my project (and also animated one)
so i was wondering would it crash ? would my project be very very large (100go+??)

-Second question about utilities : Is there a way to change layer several doodads at the same time (like all level 1 to level 5 (i messed up a lot x) ) ? can we create several at the same time ?
can we delete multiple doodads at the same time ? can we replace doodads after placing them ?..
(ok there is more than 2 questions haha)

Thanks for reading ! If you have any ideas please answer me !

Doodads are, as far as I'm aware, designed to be lightweight in terms of their data, so you should be able to have a *lot* of them on screen at once before you start noticing any performance issues. Exactly what that number is depends on what system the game is running on, so there isn't a definite answer to that one.

I'm not sure what you mean by "create several at the same time", and I'm pretty sure deletion is a one-at-a-time thing as well. I think you can set a doodad to use a different graphic while keeping the same settings.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be, but really the only way you'll find out for sure is to try it.

I think doodads can only be placed one at a time, but you can expand the number of tiles being placed at once from a tileset to place larger objects.

I've been working on plugins to make it easier to incorporate Persona 3's Once More batsys into MV games. One makes it so you can have states automatically applied to the target and/or user when their hit crits or targets a weakness... I could use testers for it, though. Maybe I'll make a thread in the JS Plugins In Development board about it?
