Two Scripts - Adding the option of one to the menu of another one

Hello, everyone.
I really hope I'm not posting this in the wrong forum.. Sorry if I am.
I'm using MOGHunter's ATB System, that can be adjusted to be "Wait", "Semi-Active" or "Active". I want the player to be able to change it in the Options Menu, which I added using Yanfly's Basic Menu Options. To add these three options, it would require a Common Event, but it only has the options for Variables and Switches, so I have no idea of how will I add the "Adjust ATB" Option to the Menu.
