TypeError Cannot read property 'ratio' of undefined

Hi everyone,

A couple of hours ago I posted about this, but I got no replies, so I'm assuming it was because I posted it in the wrong place (sorry!)

I recently installed a plugin that allows actors to have voices during battle. After I put them in, I started getting an error that says this:
This happens when I engage in battle either from the "Troops" section in the database or from playtesting the game. I have researched other forums with similar issues but I could not seem to find anything that would help me with this. I tried disabling the new plugins as well, but the problem still occurred.
When I pressed F8 this is what came up.

I am at a loss of ideas for what I should do about this. Please help!!!

It seems to be a conflict between the two plugins ActorVoicesInBattle and Moogle X friendship System.
Remove one of them and see if the problem persists.

All that stuff in the top 2/3 of your screenshots is useless. When you have an error, please only show us the Console tab so there's plenty of room to see everything.

Please add a link to your plugin so we can take a look.

If you post a thread and it doesn't get responses, best to not go and post again. If it's in the wrong forum, mods will move it, or you can report it to get their attention a bit faster. People will not refuse to answer a question because it's in the wrong forum. Now you have two threads, and each of them has different information, which is just confusing. Pity you didn't include everything from the original thread in this one.

If you turned off the plugin and you're still getting the same error, then you didn't turn off the plugin at all. Did you SAVE the game after turning off the plugin?

Did you make any changes to the configuration file? Line 127 - 139 should be this:

You could also have just posted in the thread for the plugin and gotten help from the creator.

I tried disabling the friendship system, nothing happened. The error is still showing. Same with the other two from the voices plugin.

If you turned off the plugin and you're still getting the same error, then you didn't turn off the plugin at all. Did you SAVE the game after turning off the plugin?

And yes, I did save after doing so. Is there some other way to turn it off besides the plugin manager...?

There are no changes that I'm aware of making to that file besides adding more voice options (in the same format). Would it make a difference if I opened it with notepad on my laptop? I'll attach my version of the script in case I made any mistakes that I was unaware of.

*edit (again)* so I got that error to stop coming up, I just replaced the configuration script and changed it from a different text editor. I can engage in battles, but now it's saying that it can't locate the voice clips via audio/se/Battle_Voices/(My Actors Name) when everything is named exactly the right way. I checked for spaces and spelling and everything is correct...

The plugin manager is the way you disable plugins, but after hitting Apply and closing the window, you still have to SAVE your game in the editor for those changes to be saved. THEN you can do a test play. I just asked because some people think they only need to disable them in the plugin manager, and don't bother to save the project afterwards.

Try converting your .ogg files to .mp3 and see if they play. Both versions should normally be in the project, and the appropriate one is chosen at the time of deployment, based on what platform you're deploying to.

What text editor program were you using?
