Greetings RPG MAKERS,
today I want to present you the first Demo of the game
that I started creating with RPMV a short while ago.
But, before that I will introduce myself.
I am VenTene, a young guy who currently studies
media design and is a passionate gamer.
I am a huge fan of the FF Series aswell as the
DQ Series but I always felt like
something was missing.
Therefore I will try to bring my own ideas into a game
called Tyrania Chronichles. I plan to create a whole universe
on my own using the things I learned playing the FF and DQ series.
Game Synopsis: Tyrania Chronichles is about [Player], a young guy who got a letter from Commander August who is the leader of an extinguished elite guard of the Kingdom of Tyrania. The world is at war and the guard is currently searching for skilled fighters all around the world. [Player] is rare because he is special, who inhabits the ability to fuse his attacks with magic Using the war as a shield an evil organisation is plotting something with dark magics. Is [Player] just a guy who will be trained as an elite guard or will he be the hero that protects the world from the chaos that is about to unfold.
Characters, Setting and World Development: The Game is set in a fantasy world similiar to FF6, it is going to have a lot of magic elements but also will include machines etc. There will be characters that hate the change of the people using machines and other characters with the opposite mindset. Same goes for the war.
The Battle System is the ATB System created by Yanfly which makes the game an ARPG.

I just started using RPMV 2 days ago and played around until now.
Don't expect a masterpiece and if you notice anything please tell me what I could do better.
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
