Ok, so i have an item connected with a common event which when used will x out of the item menu, to the map and display a picture from my resources...now my problem is trying to get it to go away useing a button press, i tried useing a branch and vairiables but i guess im doing it wrong cuz it didint work. Has anybody done anything like this and can you give me some advise.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
