Are you accessing your project from a different storage device than your main OS is on??

Such as you have your project saved to a thumb drive or another harddisk??

If so, try coping the project to your main storage device and playtesting it.

Make sure there are RPG_RT.exe and ultimate_rt_eb.dll files in your project directory, check your AV's quarantine. Make sure your AV isn't blocking anything.

I think the problem is you need to run RPG Maker 2000 as administrator.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
