I am looking for a tileset for RMVX Ace, sort of an underwater tile set, where it basically looks like the exterior tileset, except the ground is tinted blue so it looks underwater, plants are replaced with coral, there are sunlight effects, etc. Anyone know where I can get something like this?

You'll have to make an account, I think.

I made an underwater dungeon using the Exterior tileset that is included with ACE, and just tinted the screen to -102, -17, 85, 0. The vines worked as my coral.

As for the sunlight effect, that is done with an image and shown with the show image command. You may need a script to make it work 100% as you want it to, but that is how it is usually done.

BTW, here is a video (its in the spoiler tab) of what it looks like if you do tint the screen as I suggested and use the default Exterior Tileset.

Note I just wandered aimlessly in that map, and I don't use a sunlight effect.

As for the tileset you asked about, you have to use an image program to put the tiles into the format for a tileset. Most people use GIMP as it is free, though it will take some time to learn how to use it.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
