The easy way to fix this is replacing your project's *.rvproj2 (icon has two cog wheels in it) with one from a new project.

Well, then replace the Data\CommonEvents.rvdata2 with the one from your latest backup.

Sounds like something in your project has become corrupted.

All you can do is replace those files from a new project until you stop getting the error message. Then you have to figure out what you've lost and key it all in again.

Backups are excellent.

I don't know which files are corrupted and I haven't got any backups.

You know which files are corrupted because the engine tells you when you try to load the game.

There may be several files, and you have to replace them one by one until you no longer get the error message.

I know you haven't got any backups - you already said that. That's why I said backups are excellent - you need to start making them. Can't help you this time, but it can help you if it happens again.

Which is what we said to do ;) You might have to redo your common events, as they probably would have been lost, if you had any.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
