(I figured this might be a good place to put this since this isn't really about RM. If I'm wrong, I apologize to mods.)
Hello, everyone.
It has come to my attention that we have a lot of talented people streaming, whether they do art, game development, let's plays, and much more. I also noticed that some streamers and their channels aren't getting as much attention as others, which is kinda sad. I was hoping to do something about that.
Here's what I'm proposing. A so-called Inter-Stream Alliance... Regular and active streamers (and their channels) might be able to work around eachother. We could give our own channels more attention and generate traffic, AS WELL as giving US a chance to watch and attend others' streams. This, in turn, would very likely generate traffic to our own streams.
Think of this as a goodwill act or something. We give other streamers foot traffic, and at the same time generate more for us as well.
I'd like to share links to people's channels, what they do (mostly) and the days of the week and/or times of day (either UTC, PST, or EST, to make it easier for other people.)
So. This could be a hub of sorts for other people, so we can watch others' streams, for those who want to do this. I can already name 3 different people off the top of my head who put on excellent streams. (For privacy's sake I won't mention names unless they want to do this.)
To join this, simply link your channel. If you stream multiple things, name three of the things you do, from more common to less common. Also mention whether or not you speak. Some do, some don't, and that's okay.
(EG. I stream: Game Development (S), Let's Plays, Art (S) ) Eventually, I'd like to make a tiny banner to put in participants' signatures that would link back here.
I'll link to people's channels, their forum name here, and what time/day they're most likely to stream.
Later on, I'll append this post to include links to different sites, and whether or not they require login to watch/attend.
Who wants to do this? Let's give other people's streams some traffic while generating some for our own! !

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
