I watched a lot of Minecraft let's play, mostly from Vtubers though. Watched a lot of Minecraft showcases. I'm not interested as well.
For me, Minecraft is like a game for artists. A voxel artist. You build things with blocks. When I play games, I don't care about such a kind of aesthetic. I focus on functionality and a bare minimum base (I still like base-building games though).
Except, if the game offers a building layout that actually has a function. For example, if Minecraft turned out to be a base defense/tower defense game. I might want to try that out. I love base defense games.
Vocaloid songs tend to have a better arrangement, but I still can't stand the Vocaloid voice. It's better when it is covered by an actual singer/utaite.

Adding to the list.
- I tried The Witcher 3, It's alright... to be honest.
I stopped playing after the game forces me to remember "noble manner" or something that I had to remember the correct sequence. This wasn't what I sign up for.
Related; When a game cites another game or story as an influence, it doesn't increase interest for me. I've seen too many games be "similar to thing but didn't understand why thing worked or why people liked thing".
- Related: "From the creator of ..."
Me: "shut up, I don't care"
- I don't like roguelikes/roguelites. Or actually, death spiral games in general. I don't like the genre "survive as long as you can", "you will die", or "losing is fun". Especially if it made me restart the game from scratch. Let me tick the box myself if I want the permadeath or ironman mode.
