Thanks! That was my original inspiration for the style - I still have so much work to do to get it to look right.

Just a small update with a new screenshot - I've fallen behind with the development but the ideas are still brewing!

A shiny update featuring the initial sprite work for the different Callings! Pretty happy with how they turned out but it's still early days. Lots to do!

Updated my example music - I think I'm getting a little bit better. Still have a lot of development and practice until things are how I want them.

I was trying to see in my mind how the game (graphics mainly) works with the music and I'd say I look forward to seeing how things will turn out. A nice touch to composing you have there! There was variation and movement, some dynamic movement too. Good stuff.

Thanks for that! You're right with being very early in production but I have posted up a GIF of it in it's current state for you to see. It's not much but you can get an idea of what I'll be going for in how I make my maps etc.
