Hi!

I recently uploaded a demo of the game, and I'm currently creating a larger, extended version.

I don't know how the savegames will behave, and since it's a beta, some things have changed, so it's likely that you'll have to start over (that's why it's quite short, about 20 minutes).

Now, from what I've read, the savegame issue and the changes are complex, right?

I mean, after I upload this demo, is it best to concentrate on finishing the whole game, or can I update it a little at a time, opening up new maps, evets, etc.

How does MZ cope with that?
Thanks!

There have been other threads about this you can read for more technical information. But basically, you should either:
1 - Finish your game, then release it.
or
2 - Release it in chunks with the understanding that save files may not be compatible, which is really pretty standard for people who are alpha/beta testing a game.

about this argument. I expressed myself badly, I did it on my own, my English was mixed with Google Translate. And I believe chatGPT didn't even exist in 2016
