Hey all, this is a bit of a weird question so let me clarify on what I mean:

In my game, I have set up a skill where you can talk to the enemy, and convince them to join your party. The problem is that they all have pretty big sprites, and are sometimes too big to be converted as a CBA sprite.

Is there a way to use a monster sprite as a CBA sprite or some kind of mod that lets you uncap the dimensions?

If I remember correctly, in RM2k3 you can use Battle animations as battlers no?
If so, you can just setup a battle animation that is the monster sprite, and use it as the battler.
Even if the monster is bigger than the dimentions of the battle animation sheets, you can divide the monster into pieces in photoshop or gimp and bundle it back together in the editor.

Oh, you can! Thank you. This might just work :D

I wonder why this is a feature.. It's so bizzare
