Useful Live2D Support

The current Live2D DLC is of limited use because there has been no way to purchase Live2D 2.1 Pro for years. The free version is only useful enough to make you want to buy the full version. Likewise, 2.1 makes you want to use the current version for the added features and usability. Therefore, I'm requesting the following be done:

1.Come to an agreement with Live2D to sell Live2D 2.1 Pro to VN Maker owners.
2.Support the plugin so it always works with the current version of Live2D.

The new version is beta only so far but it supports Live2D 4.0

It's technically released and you can access it but unsure of when it's gonna be pushed to stable
