Hi there,

so I know this is pretty simple stuff but I am using the Old School Modern resource pack and in the read me file the creator states that in order to use the PC monitors or any object that is in Tileset D, you should set it up on top of other tiles using an event.

However when I try this (importing Tileset D amongst my characters etc) it won't let me select just one tile. The cursor spans two tiles and it looks pretty awful. Would anyone know where I am going wrong?

Thank you very much,

Chris.

There is no need to import the tileset.

Just scroll to the bottom of the list, and you'll find a different entry for the tileset of the current map, you'll need to use that option.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. I've had a look at it and I don't see any other options, beneath A B C D or in the tile selection part of the screen. Or anywhere on the window actually.

Sorry

NOT in the editor window, in the EVENT windoweventtile.png

Tileset images belong in the Tilesets folder. You don't have to put them into Characters to use them on an event.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
