Using the SRD5 System Reference Document for Ideas in Game Design

I would like to use the open game license and SRD for ideas inspiration, monsters, etc.. from D&D

If I'm using basic ideas (strength attributes, XP, orcs,  and not direct official D&D stuff (no beholders or mind flayers ) and give credit to System Reference Document and Open Game License is it ok to use in a developing a video game RPG (with RPG Maker MV)?   Otherwise everything needs to be completely original?

Please be aware that we are not lawyers, and no one on this site can give you a definitive answer.  People may give opinions (some more, some less, informed) but that is all that they can be. The huge article that you linked to contains all the information that you are likely to get here.  If you are at all concerned, then the only real advice that can be given is that you speak to a lawyer in your own country (as these things vary depending on which jurisdiction you are in) who has some specialist knowledge of the area, which the article also says.
