This plugins allows you to use character with more frames than default. Character with more frames can have a more smooth animation.

Thanks for the plugin!

Two questions:

1. My sprites are 96x96 (not 48x48); and i tried this plugin but it didn't work. Does this support sprites larger than 48x48?

2. Is this compatible with your diagonal movement plugin?

Thanks!

1. Yes. The charsets on the video are 416 x 256 (each frame is 52 x 64). Post how you set the filename to see if something is wrong.

2. Yes. I make all my plugins with compatibility in mind.

I need some advice on how to format this sprite sheet:

$Fluttershy [8 8 8 8].png

How would I format this so that each frame displays properly?

you need a template where each of frame is the same size.

For example:

templetexp.png

In your case it need to have 7 horizontal frames and 4 vertical frames.

The size of the frame don't matter as long all of them are the same size.

that sprite sheet is just like that yet I get dup frames so I must be doing something wrong.

Each frame is exactly 64x64 pixels.

and what was the name you put on your file? Also, can you post the actual charset file? Because if each frame is 64 x 64 and your charset have 7 frames, the file dimensions should be 448 x 256, but your file is 576 x 256.

Changing the dimensions worked, sorry about that, I didn't realize having two extra empty spaces on a spite sheet could cause problems.

"This game does look a bit plain, but, I'm sure this does not destroy the experience as a whole. Monsters fit your style of game-play, mapping looks crude but I'm sure you can make it better if you do a remake of Forgotten Eclipse"
