Im having problems using the fog with parralex mapping.


It works fine for everything except the overlay layers


Ive tryed using different fog depths but nothing seems to work

Post a screenshot of your setup for all fog layers, as it might give a lead on what is the issue.

It seems the issue is with some changes made by the update of rpg maker version 1.2.0. It seems that other fog plugins also did run into this issue.


I found a solution for that, I will make some more tests and update the plugin later today.


Also, if you want to replace a fog, you should use the same Id. Otherwise both fogs will be displayed.

"Fog" and "Overlay" are just names, for the code it's all the same thing.


And like I said, I found the issue but it still not fixed.


But when the plugin is fixed, you should use the same Id.

if i walk only diagonally on a map with an overlay, the overlay shake (wiggle) a little bit.

when i move left-down , left-up , right.down , right-up


the map is 50x50 - problem


no problems when i move only left, down, up, right .


by the map with 17x13 - no problems

then, when start a event sideview battle on the map:


ReferenceError


bitmap is not defined


when i start with only '!Bunt' in map note, the battle start, but without the fog overlay and all battle attacks are duplicated from all Actors and enemies.


when i start with only '$Bunt' in map note: ReferenceError bitmap is not defined


v1.05 works fine with '!$Bunt' . I will fixed the overlay on map and in the battle. the battle is absolutely normal.

i checked all my plugins with your plugins. i fond the problem: SkipBattleLog


when i deactivate SkipBattleLog then works fine. but i needed this plugin :(


one other problem is still, with the diagonally movement (the overlay shake a little bit)
