I have a doubt. I put 2 lines of materials to be equipped for every character , regardless of whether equipment or not. But when I create a matter , I do not know how to make it be equipped only that line slots. I have already put several commands and nothing . The most we could do was make it to be fitted in all slots. Can anyone help me with this?

@Hitsumaki Post the setup you've done until now. Also, you should elaborate better what you want, I don't get what you mean by 'line of materials' or 'line slots'.

I have got the materia system up and running a ok, thank you for this :)  quite straight forward to use and really cool to have!


@hitsumaki I am guessing you are trying to create restricted materia to specific people? 


As Victor has said, you need to post what values you are using in the character note tags as well as the materia tags you are using.

I'm not very good at expressing myself , so I do with pictures to facilitate .

As you can see in the character menu has two rows of slots for materials, the " Cristais Ofensivos " and " Cristais Defensivos ." But , as you can notice , the matter that I give to equip the two , and what I really want is for them to be fitted in one of them , or the ofensivo or the defensivo , and need not have equipment for that. It is possible?

Excuse my ignorance on this question . From already thank you very much for your help.

On the slot setups, instead of 0 (zero) use the Id of the armor that you're using to create your materia.


For example, using the default values when you create a new project, the Armor Type 1 is 'General Armor'. If you set the slots like 1:1:1 (rather than 0:0:0), only materias that were created using armors with armor type 1 (General Armor) as base will be equipable on those slots.

It worked !
I created 2 more types of specific armor for the materials and put the characters so that they can equip them . I put the command 7: 7: 7 and 8: 8: 8 and it worked!
Thanks a lot for the help!
This Materia System is great.

hi, could someone please show me an example of assigning how many slots a weapon can have ( whats put in the notetag of a weapon ) my brain is fried from all the plugins I just set up ( hudells ) and my children xD lol thankyou

I don't have to put anything else anywere?? I have <materia slots: 0=0:0:0> in the weapon notes but doesn't show any slots in the menu in game, am using yanfly weapon upgrades and augments. maybe that's why its not showing up.

I believe there is a setting in the Plugin Setup that controls this.

Hello everyone, this plugin works correctly with version 1.3.1?
I have this error message when i try to equip a materia.
"Cannot read proprety "name" of undefined.
I do not have this error using the plugin in an old project created with an anterior version 1.3.1.

Small question ... You can make it what the donated bonus parameters from materia, they increased with the increase of the level of materia same ???


EX:


Liv Materia 1  MP + 5%


Liv Materia 2  MP + 10%


Liv Materia 3  MP + 15%


and so on...

 *    stat +x%         : Changes a param, sparam or xparam.
 *    damage +x%       : Changes the damage of the materia skills.
 *    elemental +x%    : Apply the materia elements to weapon or armor.
 *    added effect +x% : Apply the materia states to weapon or armor.
 *     Ex.: effect: damage +20%
 *          effect: cnt +10%, 'Counter Up'
 *          effect: hp +10%, '\i[32]'
 *          effect: mp cost +10%, ''  // this will be skiped

in which the materia shows that levels up with skill and parameters ??? Like LEVEL UP of the actors???  ;)

@Victor Sant I found a compatibility issue with the Materia system and the YEP_ItemCore, if the ItemCore is enabled you cannot view your Materia in it's own window. Any chance for a compatibility fix?
