Vehicle entry and exit functions

OK. I noticed when entering a vehicle such as the raft you can enter it in any direction you feel and when exiting the vehicle tends to face left or right.


What I am after is a plugin that will restrict the vehicle to only be accessable via the left or right directions and having the vehicles direction remain in the position faced when exiting.


To put it simply I want this vehicle to act like a car and with its doors. I'm also wandering if sound effects can be emmited when entering and exiting the vehicle also.


I haven't seen a plugin for this yet- but I'm hoping that someone could provide me with this since I have zero knowledge on how java works.

Here's the edited plugin for you: http://pastebin.com/5WP8WQXR. I made some edit to the @Karberus - Simple Land Vehicle plugin. You can set where the player enter or exit the vehicle, and also the enter & exit door sound effect. Good luck!

Could I request further modding? I was hoping that perhaps entry can be gained either left or right and perhaps an extra audio that plays once the first sound effect is finished playing?

You can set the vehicle entry in the plugin parameter. I think you can merge that two audio into one audio so you just have to play it once, because i don't know how to check whether an audio is finished or not

I have set the vehicle entry to right considering I'm from Australia and the driver seat is typically on the right, I was hoping that entry could be done left or right of the vehicle at any time but unfortunately the update plug in will only accept a one way method
