Your animations are really awesome! For the music what do use? I would like to do small fanfares and sound effects of my own, if I can, but I don't have a strong musical or sound effects background. Is there a freeware program out there similar to Mario Paint that you recommend?

Thanks very much! I don't know of any Mario Paint-like programs - if anyone else does, feel free to jump in. I use a program called Reaper and some free & cheap instruments that MsLittlefish has pointed me in the direction of - she's been so awesome in pointing me in the right direction when it comes to music stuff. Reaper was pretty intimidating to start with but I think I'm getting the hang of it now. I just wish instruments weren't so damn expensive

All I gotta say is....holy crap. Every time, literally EVERY TIME I see new work you're doing, it's leaps ahead of what I've already seen. I adore that face shot of Zelda Clarke. It's just so...polished and professional. Excellent work. And you already know how I feel about the metroidvania mock ups
