Hey guys,
for my next game, I am planning to have the game looking like it´s played on a very old TV or it looks like a VHS type.
So, over-saturated/too bright areas, RGB-glitches, black stripes across the screen, blurry, etc.
How could I acchieve that? Just creating an overlay will be good for the stripes and a bit darker mood, but it wont´t create the RGB-glitches for characters, maps, etc. won´t make things blurry, etc.
Now my question is: Can this be acchieved with JS? I know this is possible with Canvas Elements or SVG. Or do you know a way how to acchieve such a thing?
Really looking forward to your answers.
Cheers,
jb
