undefined method 'guard?' nil; NilClass

Got this error on a super boss while balance testing it in the battle tester not sure why it is happening though.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
