I am using Yami's script which can be found in this post. It is used in conjunction with Yami's PCTB script which can be found here.

I have found yet another visual glitch (I hope the last, but I thought that last time) which occurs when an actor is defeated and then revived. Their icon does not show up in the turn order. Below is a series of images showing the full sequence.

The first one shows the current actor on the right and the position (on the left) that actor will be in the turn order if the action presently highlighted is selected.

I allowed 2 actors to die, and revived one. In this image you can see the space where the revived actor's icon should be.

When that actor reaches the front of the line, their icon does appear,

But not where they would be in the order if the skill is selected.

I then revived the other actor, and when it was her turn, she appeared, but not her position, nor that of the other revived character.

And finally an image showing the gaps for both of them.

Can anyone help me with this? I would be so grateful.
Thank you.

I could try taking a look but I was curious to know which battle system is this add on exactly for? As I couldn't just drop it into a blank project to replicate it.

@Xane You need to have
Yanfly's Battle Engine
Yami's Battle Symphony
Yami's Predictive Charge Time Battle (here, in case you are wondering)

in that order. It is possible (though I am not sure) that you might not need Battle Symphony, but you definitely need Yanfly and the PCTB script.
Actually, it might be helpful if I put the link to the PCTB script in the opening post.

Thanks @Kes I'll take a look at it and see if I can figure it out. I'll edit this post with a result in a little bit.
You're all set!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
