I won't discuss this any further, I'm sorry if I offended someone. Saying that I don't wish these people well is just nonsense. All I'm saying is that it's weird that you're tracing stuff and selling it (based on what I read in your EULA) because of how you try to protect your work. If it's legal or not is not of my concern. I'm actually in favor of you doing that, I hope you get the permission.
Point being, It's ok to create stuff based on the RTP.
It's not being sold separately. We stated that you need a commercial license to use them commercially. Plenty of people asked us and we said we're not ready yet and waiting for approval. We wanted something people to play with so we just released it with a game.
Otherwise we'll just remove the obviously inspired RTP assets and just separate our obvious original work in the tileset pack and just make those assets a free non-commercial asset.
You're tracing your tiles and talking about selling them. You don't like people copying your work. I think that's contradictory and I don't like it. Yes I'm trying to start a discussion but I don't understand why you're discussing this unless you're saying that you're not doing what I'm saying you are doing. I don't know why I'm being threatened of getting banned for bringing this up . I will shut up if the staff ask me to do so. I still think you're nice people but I disagree with your work ethics, I'm sorry if you think I'm against you personally.
