Hello everyone, I want to make a "IA" npc to make them go to their houses when the clock gets to 19 pm, I'm using pathfinder script in order to make it possible, the problem is... if the NPC are an action buttom event, how do I manage to control them? I already try using a parallel process to make them move, but it collide with autonomous movement... what can I do :(?

I'm not sure this is a scripting question.  Can you please post links to the two scripts, and a screenshot of your event?

You shouldn't use parallel processes to make them move.  You can issue a Set Movement Route which will temporarily override the autonomous movement, but you couldn't be sure where they'd be when it begins.

Sounds like it's as simple as adding an extra event page conditioned by the time, with the movement to the house and then making them disappear.

and the event... I have this:

"Dia siguiente" = Next Day
"Dia actual" = Actual day

Antonio is the npc for the test... I've tried to make a conditional using Advance game time script GameTime.hour >= 18  and GameTime.hour <= 0 -> this means when the time is between 6 pm and 12 am  it starts "set move route" using pathfinding script to make them walk to his house and them make him transaparent and turning through ON if not, another "set move route" with Through OFF and Transparent OFF...

But it doesn't work u_u, i reeeeeally dont want to make more parallel process, I dont want to make a fps drop

I've figure it out, you have to do this:

NPC 1.png

NPC 2.png

The only problem is... if I abandon the map (image I go to overworld) and I enter in the town at night, its suppose to the npc be in their homes, instead of doing that, they just start moving to their homes

On my journey of character rework: I had this character, she was meant to be just a princess that joins your party. And at long term she was just uninteresting... So I tweaked her to be a rebel agaisn't the royalty before meeting up with the party.

Quick tip for any other ametuer pixel artists! When trying to create a colour palette, enabling Antialiasing can speed up the process of creating different shades! Just place your lightest colour and your darkest colour next to each other, select both pixels, and stretch it out!
