Started playing around with macro photography. This photo was taken an hour ago from time of post. It is a katydid on the wall. I used a macro for C.U. and a flash to create contrast and menacing shadows -- no manips, just a capture. It looks like it is auditioning to become a battler with that belligerent expression upon its face.

Some filter manips in PS in an attempt to make an original photograph resemble an antiquarian book illustration.

Ah, Vox it's nice to see good photographer on these forums. These pictures look great. You have knack for setting up a good creepy mood with these ;) I really like the four horseman the best, it look like they are surrendering the viewer, kind of judging him/her from their horses. Really nice stuff! Keep them coming!  :thumbsup-left:   :)

Thanks much for the encouraging words, I'm so glad you like some of my work.  :)

I'm in the process of planning a few more photo / video shoots with both TOLA, gamedev & personal themes in the works.  I want to put some new stuff out there plus working on a couple of new manips for TOLA's MechaHelloKittyZilla series. :D

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
