[VX Ace] Battler Background fix request

Hi-ho!

Another request needed, I have this Battler here that seemed to have a very persistent background that I can't seem to get it transparent from RPGmaker, is there anyone that can spare the time and use their awesome skills to remove the white block background from this battler so it can be used in the main project, the mentioned battler is supplied below.

I don't quite agree with the shadow, I find it a little too strong for my taste, so I created a 2nd version if you are interested:
