VX Ace Cartoon Tileset

Hi,


While looking for tiles on the web, I noticed something. All tiles for RPG maker seem to either be in:


An 8-bit style (similar to the Earthbound games)


A style similar to the default tileset


A realistic style


A futuristic style


There are no tilesets with a bright, cartoon theme, similar to the picture below. I've searched everywhere for a tileset like it, but have had no luck. Are there even any tilesets in that art style? If so, what are they?
