VX Ace Lost Product Key

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I've lost the product key emailed to me when I purchased and since purchasing a new laptop would love to get back into my projects. Is there a faster way than submitting a ticket?

Yeah, I thought that might work but to no avail. I must've deleted it on accident, but don't remember since I bought it 2 years ago.

If you bought Ace only two years ago, then your Ace key might be in your store account.

Degica changed the main store software around two or three years ago. If you purchased before the change, there is no other way to get the key back than a support ticket.
But if you purchased after the change, your Ace key is stored in the shop account, it's the same as the order number in that case.

Still no reply to my support ticket after three business days, which is a bit ridiculous.

All the tickets up until this morning have been answered. If you have not received an e-mail back and it's been more than 3 business days, try a direct e-mail (support@rpgmakweb.com) or submit a ticket through another e-mail address. Although it happens rarely, sometimes tickets do get filtered out as spam and we don't receive them.

For security purposes, I can't resolve a ticket like this via the forums. But if everything else fails, you can try sending me a pm and I'll see what I can do to help.

Mine was over two years old, but I used the Order # as activation key and it totally worked!
