I've had the steam ver of RPG Maker VX Ace for some time and, originally, didn't have any major problems with it. However, after taking a break, I've begun working on my 1st game again. However, whenever I playtest my game, no sound/music plays in the background. This is a new problem for me. I have tested it on a fresh/clean project, and re-installed the program, but I can't figure out what's causing this problem.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I don't know how the Steam version of RPG Maker VX Ace works, but have you tried pressing F1 and seeing if BGM/BGS/SE are disabled from there?

Oh...I forgot about that. Thanks a bunch, that solved it. Also, the steam version, from what I can tell, is pretty much the same, except it was, well, bought off Steam. Thanks for reminding about what F1 did.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
