Short question is this allowed even in commercial games? Or do you need to buy VX as well to use theese?
The reason i ask is because on many sites these Battlers are mixed up. There are a ton of edited VX Battlers, but people write they are free to use in VX Ace (For example if you find an Dragon edit for vx ace its almost 100% the one from the VX rtp and not the ace rtp. You know the one with Ralph istead of Rick.
So what is VX ACE? Is it an upgrade to VX and grant additional ressourses? Or is it a complete seperated Licence again?

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
