Wait Command.

Good day again, I know this is a dumb question...

I noticed there is a default wait command in the skills tab. I was wondering where can I find the wait command during battle?

There isn't one - you'd use Guard.

If you want an enemy to use Wait, you'd assign it as one of their skills. If you want an actor to use it, you give it a Skill Type (see that it's currently None?) and assign it to be learned by a class (or assign it directly to an actor via Traits).

You could rename Guard to Wait.
