Introduction
This script will add WASD key support for movement. You also will be able to use arrow keys like you would normally, but this allows people to use the one they prefer the most.

Script
Dropbox

Commercial
This script can be used in any type of project, credit isn't required either since it was very quick to do, but it still would be nice.

I like this script.

There is only one problem, when I try to go down with "s" the character turn down but doesn't move.

Turning but not moving is usually a problem with passability - have you tried that on an empty default map, or are you on a map with your own tileset?

You see, if I move with the arrows the character moves fine, the problem is when I use "S"

Maybe you used the "S" button for another thing too?

There are several scripts which allow only turning instead of moving while one button is held down.

If the button for that is the "S" button, than you will get the issue you mentioned.

If not, I have no idea.

I am using this little script ever since I started to add custom scripts into my project, and it is working flawlessly.

Thanks for the script, Helladen!

Kinda confusing now, you got "Helladen" written in every of your scripts, but other than that, you use entirely different forum names/site names, lol.

Yeah sorry, I use Seth for sites that I want to be professional in, and Helladen is a name that I have kept for close to a decade. I've also went by Hellator as well, it was a name I used a lot as a kid after playing Diablo 1. Now that I've grown up a little, I just keep it for memory sake rather than that I like it all that much anymore. It kind of has wore itself out and Aeirex looks cleaner to me.

Would like to have this in my project due to many feedbacks about the movement mechanics, unfortunately, the link is broken. :<

On my journey of character rework: I had this character, she was meant to be just a princess that joins your party. And at long term she was just uninteresting... So I tweaked her to be a rebel agaisn't the royalty before meeting up with the party.
