Way to check total memory usage?

Object.keys(ImageManager.cache._inner)

So I'm aware you can put this into the log to show every image being cached. But is there a way to check the total memory usage?

If you're asking about individual images or about just images, not really. Javascript is a high level language and doesn't have any native access to computer components whatsoever.
