Way to disable and hide the mouse cursor entirely?

Hi all, hope you're all doing well.

Is there a way to completely disable and hide the mouse cursor from RPG Maker MV? So that the player has to either use a controller or their keyboard to play the game?

I know there's plugins to disable mouse but not completely remove the cursor. Thanks!

Did you try simply setting that CSS property in the index.html for your game?

I did. And it works at hiding the mouse. I'm looking to take out any kind of mouse functionality altogether. The code just hides the cursor but I can still use the cursor (I noticed it in battle).
