How many Storage Systems did you setup in the Parameters?
Because the ID's start at 0.

So to open the first Storage System, you would do
StorageSystem open 0

oh i thought it started at 1 since it didnt specify anywhere and in the menu where all the storage systems are the number at the first one is 1 so i thought it started with 1 i will fix this tomorrow since im about to go to bed

so im using an item category plugin that is not made by yanfly but will i still be able to use the categories from that plugin?

No, it's not a commisson. I will still do free work.
But commission work has higher priority, so if you need that compatibility fix asap, then you can send me a commission request.

@waynee95 hey i got a suggestion for your plugin: some kind of note tag that makes you only able to put the items inside the specified storage system so as an example you write this in the notebox

Version 1.6: 23.08.2017
- Added .isEmpty() scriptcall
- Added <Can Only Store In> notetag

<Can Store Only In: x>
<Can Store Only In: x, x, x>
This makes it so that the item can only be stored in the specified storage systems.

storage.isEmpty() - Checks if the storage system is empty and returns either true or false.
Replace storage with $gameStorageSystems.current() or $gameStorageSystems.storage(id).

Just redownload the plugin. Let me know if there are any errors, because this was a rather quick update.

I downloaded v1.6 from Dropbox and for some reason, this doesn't work for me and it refuses to show up.
Despite the Parameter overview, there's only config. I have that parameter set at 0 and used the plugin command: StorageSystem open 0 and no luck.

For suggestions on the Storage System, I really find this neat as this can allow the user to store weapons, items, armor, etc though I haven't got this appearing on my end.

-A storage system per actor. This way, each actor has their own inventory of items.
-Storage system mid-battle. If this could be done. Whatever items each actor has in their storage, they can choose what to change to from their storage.

The parameter setting for the Storage System ID, which I set to 0.
I not only tried using the plugin command, but the script call also didn't let the storage system show.

Did you follow through these steps?
How to create a storage system:
1. Open the plugin in the Plugin-Manager.
2. Click on Storage Systems.
3. Click on a free row.
4. Now you can configure the storage system.

A storage system does not have an explicit id you can control. The id is basically the row number in the storage systems list minus 1. So if you added one storage system, the id would be 0.

Unfortunately, if anyone doesn't have the RPG Maker MV at 1.5.0 or higher, they won't be able to make use of the storage system and its parameters.
