    I kinda know why that happened. I will fix that real quick. Sorry about that.

    EDIT:
    @purpleflame
    Download the Storage Plugin again. It should work now. Sorry for that.

    Hey there,

    Great plugin, But I can't download it.

    Because once I click the link, it will only show me what's inside the plugin, But won't pop up a download.
    Same on the other links, Hope to hear from you soon :).

    @Mystery_L Don't open the link, click right mouse button on it and select "Save as..." to download scripts.

    @Mystery_L Cool, but please do not doublepost. You can use "edit" button in cases like this.

    @keizz
    You need to provide a bit more info.

    Do you use any other plugins?
    When does the issue occur exactly?

    Is there a way to get the quantity of a specific item that's in storage? Something that I could use in a conditional? I was thinking something along the lines of:

    If : storage.itemCount(0, 12) > 9

    where 0 is the storage id and 12 is the item id. Is there any way to do something like that?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I'm having an issue with allowing certain items to be stored in specific places. I created two storage boxes, one for "Building Materials" (set as ID = 0) and one for "General Storage" aka other items (set as ID = 1). I then placed in the noteboxes of my items either <Can Store Only In: 0> for the item "Lumber", etc or <Can Store Only In: 1> for the item "Small Potion". For the chests in the player's houses, I put either:
    Plugin Command : StorageSystem open 0 for the building materials chest
    or
    Plugin Command : StorageSystem open 1 for the general storage chest

    These two chests were configured in the plugin menu and they are 1 and 2 respectively in the list (so 0 and 1, according to your directions).

    When I have those items in my inventory, they do not appear when I interact with the chest. However, when I was troubleshooting, if I remove the <Can Store Only In: 0> note in the "Lumber" item notebox, for example, I am able to put it in either box, which makes sense because there is not a restriction on the item anymore. The <Cannot Store> item notetag DOES work, though, with the items I have tested it on.

    Am I doing something incorrectly, or is the item specificity part of the plugin broken? I have tried disabling the other plugins (like Galv_Tools) that I suspect could interfere, but that didn't solve the problem (I don't have that many plugins that act on items. I don't even have Yanfly's Item Core for this game).

    Thanks for your help!

    @JDevain

    For that you can use
    Code:
    $gameStorageSystems.storage(ID).numItems(ITEM)
    where ID is the id of the storage system and ITEM is the acutal item, like $dataWeapons[2] or $dataItems[12].

    @grem333
    I will take a look at that.

    EDIT: You were right, there was a big issue with that notetag. Thanks you for finding it. I fixed it. Here is the new version https://raw.githubusercontent.com/waynee95/mv-plugins/master/dist/WAY_StorageSystem.js

    Let me know if everything works now as expected. :)

    EDIT: Nope. I butchered something! Sorry, will fix that asap.

    @keizz
    Download the plugin from the link above too. That might fix your issues too, but I am not sure.

    @keizz
    Even with that fix, there is something really weird going on. I think I know now, what you have meant. I need to investigate further. Even with that "fixed" version, its not fixed, so you don't have to try it yet, I am sure it won't work. I will let you know, when I found the issue.

    EDIT:
    @keizz @grem333
    Okay, so here is v2.0.2 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/waynee95/mv-plugins/master/dist/WAY_StorageSystem.js
    That version should address both issues from you guys. Both were rather critical and I dont know how they were around for that long, but they were not easy to test. It took me quite some time. I hope I managed to fix them. Please test them and let me know if it now works.

    You install them like any other plugin.

    If you are new to the whole plugin thing, you might wanna read up on that a bit, there are some tutorials on how to use plugins .

    Maybe this video helps you.

    hi, i tried out your plugin, and when i tried to open ID 0. i got this message:
    (it shows up when i click Add, After opening it up during playtest).
    upload_2019-3-10_13-58-58.png

    edit: after more testing, I noticed that the issue didn't pop up after I started a new game.
    I think the issue was that I loaded a save before I had added the plugin. My bad :)
    thanks for making this plugin, it works great for cupboards, crates etc to both use as loot containers and storage boxes. I'll hit you up when my game's done and give u a copy.

    edit2: question about the plugin, any way to mix all the categories into one category so there are less windows? also, is it possible to make it so that it has items in it before you open it? like a loot container? if so, what command script do I use for that?

    Edit: after more research on the help section of ur plugin, i found the "storage.additem" gonna test it out now a bit :) thanks a lot! edit: haven't gotten it to work yet, i'm not sure exactly how to add items to it so that it has it the first time i open it. please let me know if theres a script call i'm not seeing. there was no example in the help that i could get to simply work by copying unfortunately.
    edit: solved category issue, thanks Wayne.
