WCIF Letter and Number Tiles

I feel like this may already exist. Are there any MV styled floor tiles marked with the letters of the alphabet and numbers 0-9? I prefer stone but will take what I can find. I'm hoping to make a puzzle where the player must step on the correct combination of letters and numbers to answer a riddle. If they could be made to appear depressed or glow when stepped upon, then even better, but not necessary. If they're out there, I haven't found them yet.

It'd be easy enough to make. Do you have any preferences for font or a stone tile to modify for this?

Not particularly. This is for a crypt setting, so nothing too cheerful. Otherwise, as long as it's grey stone I can make it work.
