Hello! I am having trouble with the attack animations now showing properly. Displayed below is my problem.
Problem 1.png

I have turned off all my plugins and the issue persists. I've created a new game and the issue is fixed. I'm not sure what it is that is causing this. I've tried replacing the weapons files with that of the new game, and mixing and matching the different weapon types and yadda yadda.

Here are my settings below.

Have you used the Dark Fantasy sprites at all, or edited rpg_sprites.js? I was able to make the same thing happen by replacing the default sprites.js with the one that comes with the Dark Fantasy sprites, without replacing the weapon graphic.

When you turned off all your plugins, did you actually save the game before retesting? What plugins do you have?

If it is an issue in this game, but not in a new game, and you're using the same spritesheet, then it has to be a plugin or a mod you've made to the default scripts.

It turns out it was the Dark Fantasy RPG_Sprite plugin I put into the dlc plugin folder. I did not know that I had to actually SAVE the game. I thought putting apply was enough.

Does the Dark Fantasy Sprite plugin do anything?

It offsets the weapons higher, so they work with the taller Dark Fantasy side-view battlers. It only works with adjusted weapon images, though.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
