Okay, so, I know that you can assign different weapon types and element rates to different classes.  But, how can you make it so that a particular class uses a particular weapon type BETTER than another, or gets a bonus (a la Pokemon) from using a particular element?

Examples:

All characters can equip swords and staves.

-When a Mage equips a staff, they get a boost to their magic stats, Knights do not.

-When a Knight equips a sword, they get a boost to their attack, while Mages do not.

All characters can use Fire skills.

-When a Dragon Mage uses Fire spells, the spells are stronger than normal.

-When a Water Mage uses Fire spells, the spells are weaker than normal.

-When anyone uses Fire spells, while having the Phoenix Ring equipped, the spells are stronger than normal.

Is this possible?  Has someone made a script for this?  Should I request one?

My Recommendations:

Feature Conditions by Hime for your weapons.

Element Strengthen by Victor for your elemental spells.

As for Feature Conditions, something along the lines of:

Code:
<feature condition: 1>
a.class.id == 1
</feature condition>
should be enough to get you started. It should be fairly easy to

restrict certain features based on class.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
