Weapons Determine Skills?

Hi all,

I'm working on a game where the player can equip two weapons, but each weapon would have a different element, and those elements determine skills the player can use. I've been looking under the Lunatic mode in Skill Core, but I'm new to javascript.

Is there a simple command to check for variables added by the weapons to enable skills?

You can do this by adding a feature to the weapon. Click on the feature box, then go to the skill type, then select add skill. Then the weapon has to be equipped for the skill to be known.

Also make sure the character has the option to use skills of that skill type too! If not you will need to also add skill type as well, add it the same way as you added the skill.

Alternatively, if you want the player to learn Skills normally but only have access to the Skill Type that corresponds to the element of the weapon they have equipped, make each weapon grant a Skill Type and grant no other way to add one.

Sorry about that.

Thank you, was more looking for the elements to be counted somehow for the skills, so if a person had two fire types they would get a better fire skill, or if they had a fire and a water it would be the basic fire/water moves plus an additional skill that can only be accessed with that combination?

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
