Weeping Angels?

I'm making a game for my buddy who is a big Dr Who fan, and was hoping to make a weeping angels kind of part. I was wondering if anyone might be able to make mods to the RTP angel statues (or heck, even different ones) to make the attacking/scary looking angels. Anyone?

@Randall Just putting this out there, but you'd have an easier time getting someone to fulfill the request if you provided a reference image, as not everyone has "played *insert game here*" or "watched *insert show here*". Plus, "part" is a very vague term- are you referring to a character generator part, a tileset part, or what?
