Duality is a major theme in my games, so great power comes at a heavy price.  These may not be interesting to some but I like them.

Anima Arrow:  The last element used by the party is the element of the attack used.  IE:  Casting Thunder Blade will make the attack thunder aligned.

Mighty Swing:  An attack that uses a variable to track between one and one hundred and then multiplies the result by ten.  Random, unpredictable but can save in a pinch.

Anima Strike:  The user sacrifices all of their current MP and adds it to their magic attack for a mighty blow that also restores HP equal to half the damage dealt.

Reverse Tactics - Reverse all target's tactics(Tactics are stat x + stat y - like + 50% atk and -50% def)

+/- 50% Tick - Increase or decrease the turn length by 50%(I'm talking about ATB systems here)

MP Revenge - A skill having a damage formula like:

a.mmp - a.mpDrop Equip(Used by enemies only) - Removes all targets'(actors only) equipped weapons and armors

I have a thought of a skill that would first damage the target, then heal it, castable on both allies and enemies, so it can be used to kill an enemy if they die before the heal takes effect, but if not calculated properly will heal them instead.

Also can be used on allies, with a risk of dying, to heal them for more afterwards. Name undecided, but following conventions, western: Two-Way; chinese: Curse of the heaven's healing; japanese/anime: PEACE CORRECTION!!!

I don't really have something exclusive or too inventive, but I love my Cleave skill. It's based on the one from Neverwinter Nights. The skill damages an opponent, and if the opponent dies, the character attacks a next opponent. It can lead to mass murders <3<3<3.

How did you make that skill? I'm trying to make one like that in my game.

Forced Resurrection

Brings back an Ally as an 'undead pawn' which boosts their stats greatly and also adds the chance to inflict 'Necrosis' when attacking which basically rots the inflicted until they die and cant be revived since they're just a lump of goo from rotting. However the 'undead pawn' only lasts awhile before running out and killing them again. Increased exposure to the forced resurrection causes them to lose a percentage of their max hp permanently which can happen indefinitely every time they're resurrected through this manner. Since the spell is necromancy rather than some form of miracle that revive would be.

Necromancy would be literally bringing their dead body back to be animate. While revival would count as a miracle and be some sort of holy power that gives them life.

Here's another one I made.

Power Drain: Drains an enemy's hp and powers up the user's next attack equal to how much was drained.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
