What are the controls? Like how to open the inventory while in game?

Hi, I'm very new and have begun working on my first project after reading through the tutorials.  But I still can't figure out the controls, like how to open my inventory or the save menu. I have scoured the internet and forums looking for my answer, but alas, I have not found it.   I am also using a keyboard, so a list of the controls somewhere would be very helpful. I read somewhere that I might have to open the script editor to fix it, but I don't want to mess with that unless I have to in case I mess something up.

The escape key will open your menus. You get to the inventory menu from the main menu.
