Does "playing" with RPG Maker count as a hobby? And does it make you smarter? :p

I recently been playing Brain Age again just to give me a burst in the mornings so I also think anything that activates your critical thinking, my personal hobbie that does that and is not RPGMaker may be youtube videos like Crashcourse (Love that channel :kaoluv:)

Playing Tabletops with a DM who applies real world rules.

If it doesn't make you smarter, it does a good job at revealing how "not smart" you are as a game player. :D

I keep a book in my lunchbox. I wake up early to make coffee and read in the morning then again at lunch for about 20 minutes and again after work for the last 15 minutes.

Even though i dont have much time between work and my family ive managed to read 12 books in the past 6 months.

Usually about business or gardening but always nonfiction.

If you're looking for suggestions, playing a musical instrument is recognized as one of the best activities in that regard, especially in the early age.

I like playing chess. During the game, both hemispheres of the brain develop, memory and thinking improve. And I'm also helped by https://nootropicboost.com - the best drugs for the mind.

Anything can be a hobby if you do it for fun!

That said, involving yourself in clubs can make you smarter as you gain social skills and knowledge from others (and the subject the club is based around).
